The management team here at the JD Sterling International Real Estate Company shares the same commitment, passion and equally important, the axiom which has guided our company for multiple decades which of course is "teamwork, honesty and integrity yield superior results" and has never deviated from the standards that have been the cornerstone of our success. We have a firm comprehension of the needs of our clients and will never forget that those needs are always put forth first with the success of our clients being the ultimate reward for our efforts. Glenn King graduated from Mission San Jose High School in Fremont, California in 1973 and continued with his education at San Diego State University where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance . Licensed as a Real Estate Broker in the State of California in 1989 (License Number 01025923) and in the State of Arizona in 2006 (License Number SE573112000), Glenn has over 28 years of full time experience in the real estate industry and had the privilege of helping over 750 buyers and sellers during this time period with their real estate needs. He has been commissioned as a Notary Public in the State of California six times and continues in that capacity solely as an added convenience for his clients. He has lived in the San Ramon Valley since 1979 and along with his wife Karin and their two sons, Alexander and Andrew have had the opportunity of seeing their community change from its rural roots to its present stage as a home to many major corporations including Chevron, AT&T and Toyota to mention a few. Glenn’s involvement with the community has included being a volunteer coach for the local little league for nine years as well as serving in the same capacity for both the local CYO basketball league and local soccer club. He is also the past President of the San Ramon Valley High School Athletic Booster Club. He has a passion for children’s education which is a trait developed by admiring his wife Karin’s commitment to the local schools, and along with Karin, have donated countless hours of time and thousands of dollars to the area’s schools in an effort to insure that all the children in the community receive the best possible education. “As a citizen both living and working in this community, it is imperative that both time and dollars be returned to it, so that the quality of life that my family has cherished can also be enjoyed by future generations as well,” said Glenn. Some of Glenn’s hobbies include golf, skiing, and travel and he has also officiated high school football locally for many years followed by two years in the Big 12 Conference, three years in the PAC 12 Conference and will be working his fifth season in the NFL in 2019. Glenn also worked in the now defunct Alliance of American Football League in 2019 and has been asked to work the newly formed XFL Football League making it's debut in the spring of 2020 after the conclusion of the NFL season. Karin Goebel King graduated from Pleasant Hill High School in Pleasant Hill, California in 1974 and continued with her education also at San Diego State University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Design. Licensed by the California Bureau of Real Estate in 2006 (License Number 01751134) Karin also brings extensive real estate experience to the JD Sterling International Real Estate family but in addition brings an added element to the company with that being certified by the National Council of Interior Design which is the standard for professional interior designers (NCIDQ Number 8335), along with also being certified by the California Council of Interior Design (CCIDC Number 1650). Her skills as a space planner as well as her expertise in kitchen and bath design have been paramount in helping not only the preparation of the company’s listings for sale, but also her visions for properties being considered by the company’s buyers. “I believe that it is imperative that our client’s properties are professionally prepared for the marketplace as not only do their homes become more desirable but also tend to sell quicker and for a greater amount” said Karin. She also added, “There is nothing more gratifying than having our client’s expectations exceeded” a testament to her commitment to service for all of the company’s buyers and sellers. Karin’s involvement in her community is highlighted by her dedication to education and has volunteered literally thousands of hours towards insuring that the local schools continue to provide the type of quality education that both of her sons enjoyed. She has shared her passion for education as an adjunct teacher for the local community college and makes the local schools her priority as a volunteer. Karin is also a graduate of Leadership San Ramon Valley and a former member of the San Ramon Architectural Review Board. Her hobbies and interests include golf, fitness and her continued passion of preparing fine cuisine. Stephen Bisnett

Stephen Bisnett graduated from Pendleton High School in Pendleton, Oregon in 2001 and continued with his education at Arizona State University where he graduated in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the W.P. Carey School of Business. He was licensed by the Arizona Department of Real Estate in 2007 (License Number SA585396000) and has been an integral part of the success of the JD Sterling International Real Estate Scottsdale Arizona office since its inception. Stephen’s flare for customer service was developed growing up in Oregon under the tutelage of his father Roger Bisnett, founder of Bisnett Insurance, an eight office insurance firm. “I was always taught that success could best be obtained by putting the needs of our customers first” said Stephen and he added “Do what is right no matter how difficult it may be” a premise that he has always followed when listening to his client’s needs. He also added “I enjoy working with customers and helping to fulfill their real estate needs. Receiving positive feedback from customers about the high quality of service that has been provided is very rewarding.” Stephen loves the Arizona weather, lifestyle and the variety of fun and interesting people Scottsdale calls home to and is proud of his involvement in the many charity events he participates in highlighted by his sponsorship of the local Phoenix 20/30 club. His interests include sports such as football, golf, skiing, hiking, basketball, tennis and racquetball with his five years as a wide receiver on the Arizona State University Football Team being his pride accomplishment as an athlete.
